Cashew Cream Cheese Frosting

 

 

 


 

 

Top your favorite baked goods with a dreamy cream cheese frosting made with zero dairy!

Tools

  • Food processor

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw unsalted cashews, soaked in 2 cups water for 4 hours

  • 2 T honey

  • 2 T lemon juice

  • 1/8 t vanilla bean paste

  • 1/4 cup warm water

Instructions

  • Drain the cashews and add to a food processor with honey, lemon juice, and vanilla bean paste. Blend for about 15 seconds, or until mixture is crumbly.

  • Slowly drizzle in the water and continue blending for about 2 minutes or until smooth. (If mixture is still thick, add in an additional 1/4 cup of warm water).

  • Scoop into an airtight jar or add to a frosting piper for immediate use.
