Cashew Cream Cheese Frosting
Top your favorite baked goods with a dreamy cream cheese frosting made with zero dairy!

Ingredients
2 cups raw unsalted cashews, soaked in 2 cups water for 4 hours
2 T honey
2 T lemon juice
1/8 t vanilla bean paste
1/4 cup warm water
Instructions
Drain the cashews and add to a food processor with honey, lemon juice, and vanilla bean paste. Blend for about 15 seconds, or until mixture is crumbly.
Slowly drizzle in the water and continue blending for about 2 minutes or until smooth. (If mixture is still thick, add in an additional 1/4 cup of warm water).
Scoop into an airtight jar or add to a frosting piper for immediate use.
