Apple oatmeal
1 serving (4 to 6 small pancakes)

Egg 6 egg whites
Cup oatmeal (dry)
Table 1 tbsp uncooked apple sauce
Cinnamon Cinnamon Powder
A pinch of stevia
Apple 1 apple, thinly sliced
. Spoon baking soda

Guidelines
1. First heat the frying pan until hot and then reduce to medium temperature. Combine all ingredients in a blender (except diced apples) and spray some palm (or other cooking spray), drop on the pan with a spoon.
2. When the bubbles begin to form, place the same amount of pancakes on a thin layer of apples.
3. Let them set before flipping the pancakes.
4. Make about 4-6 pancakes depending on the size.
